Freshwise Farms, a local hydroponic greenhouse, provides the highest quality, pesticide-free greens, year-round, which maximizes access to nutritious food in Rochester and the surrounding ten-county area. Freshwise is a wholly owned subsidiary of Foodlink and all profits go to fighting hunger in our community Foundation.

Hydroponics is the growing of plants in a solution composed of nutrient rich water. The advantages of hydroponics are top-quality greens with outstanding fresh taste that can be grown year round. Our produce is free of chemicals and pesticides since organic materials are used in the growing process.
